To this day, street food continues to evolve as it borrows and lends elements from high gastronomy, becoming the true reflection of our modern culture. Souvlaki is our traditional national street food, but a new stream of street food eateries are disrupting with innovation, creativity, inspiration and the best of global influences!
You’ll be surprised by the variety currently available on the street corners of Athens! Culturally diverse fare such as Lebanese falafel, Turkish penirli, Armenian Lahmatzoun, Chinese dim sum, Indian chicken tika, Mexican tacos, Asian baos, each with its own mouth-watering taste! Not only venues owned by entrepreneurs who immigrated to Greece, bringing with them the authentic tastes of their countries, but also those owned by Greeks who travelled the world and brought back the flavors they were excited to share back home. You will love every Bite!

- Souvlaki, our national street food. There are hundreds of Souvlaki places, but only a handful of really good ones. We will take you for one of the most delicious, authentic and acclaimed!
- The ultimate Greek street food dessert: Loukoumades aka “honey puffs” in the best place for 100 years!
- Taste of Asia. Mouthwatering Dim Sum (steamed dumpling prepared in almost bite-sized portion) or BAO BUNS delicious, warm, fluffy treats with stuffing wrapped inside sweet, white dough.
- Taste of the Middle East: Could be a delightful Lahmatzoun (the secret is in the mixture of spices) from Armenia, and/or delicious Lebanese Falafel (the best version of chickpeas), or maybe a delectable Turkish Peynirli (a boat shaped form of pizza).
- Talk Tacos to me: Make some room for buenísimo tacos!

- You will get an orientation of the city of Athens, and plenty of tips from our local guide.

- This experience is mostly savory, with a sweet dessert at the end.
- This tour can be curated in most venues for vegetarians or pescatarians, but unfortunately is not for vegans or those who follow a gluten-free diet.
